HI, I'm Scott, aka Mr. G33k. I am an Oracle Development Database Administrator for a higher learning institution in Minneapolis, MN; primarily supporting PeopleSoft developers and Operational Reporting teams. I got some skills in the fine art of Oracle DataGuard, query optimization, and PL/SQL.

When not behind the keyboard, I enjoy throwing the plastic around by playing Ultimate (Frisbee). I'm also an avid runner, having completed 3 marathons, several dozen half-marathons, and in numeral 10k and 5k races.

Kirsten works at a liberal arts college where she assists faculty in seeking and managing government grants, assists in project, proposal and budget development and serves on the Institutional Review Board to promote responsible conduct with research involving human subjects. She holds a Ph.D. in American Studies with an emphasis in Sport and U.S. Culture and Social Identity in American Literature. Her own research centers on Ultimate Frisbee. Kirsten realized too late in life that really smart people don't pursue advance degrees since hard work in academia doesn't literally pay off, but she enjoys her work anyway. Kirsten is an avid Ultimate player, competing at both Club and College Nationals. Kirsten has also completed two Chicago Marathons and was a DIII heptathlete in College. She loves to camp, travel, read and spend time with her family.

Will is a VERY busy 3 year old. He likes animals, dinosaurs, trains and cars. He loves to play outside with chalk, Frisbees and/or balls and running around. Will enjoys trips to the park for climbing and sliding adventures. He also enjoys going to the gym to play with other kids. Will eats grilled cheese sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, apples, blueberries, most cereals and hot dogs. Will dislikes most pasta and carbonated beverages.
